Cancellation policy: If canceled the same day or less than 24 hours of scheduled session, the cancellation fee will be $75.

Bring a Journal & Pen: Your session may bring up thoughts and feelings you’ll want to reflect on later. A journal is a beautiful tool to capture those insights.
Bring an Item of Joy: This could be anything—a small object, crystal, photo, or token that makes you feel safe, loved, or inspired. Having this with you can bring comfort and grounding during your session.
Food: Nourishing your body with healthy, whole foods helps support the healing process. If possible, try to avoid processed or unhealthy foods 1-2 days before your session. The cleaner your body feels, the more open and receptive it will be to the work we do together.
Hydration: Water is a natural purifier and helps move energy through the body. Please come well-hydrated so your body is in a state of flow and ready to release any stuck emotions or tension.
